Chain conveyor | with manual feeding

The NIKO chain conveyor with manual feeding transports crossbars to the parking zone of the paint line. The system provides differential counting and cycling of the transported items, allowing the flow of parts to be precisely controlled throughout the technological process.

Overhead track for crossbars

The NIKO overhead track automates the transport of empty crossbars within the production line. The overhead conveyor returns the unloaded crossbars and prepares them for reloading, reducing manual handling in the paint cycle.

Rotary switch

The NIKO rotary switch directs parts suspended on the overhead track in front of the extraction wall of the paint booth. The rotating element splits the transport stream into selected track sections, enabling the smooth distribution of crossbars between workstations.

Suspended track

The NIKO suspended track automates the feed line, delivering parts to the successive stages of the production process. The overhead transport maintains a continuous, timed flow of material between technological workstations.

Pneumatic multiple switch

The NIKO pneumatic multiple switch splits the overhead transport into several tracks using pneumatic actuators. The built-in sensor detects the position of the parts and controls the switching of the branches, ensuring the automatic routing of crossbars to the correct sections of the installation.

Paint line

The NIKO paint line is a partially automated overhead transport installation connecting paint booths, drying zones and configuration stations. The overhead conveyor moves parts through the successive stages of painting, integrating the entire coating process into a single technological sequence.
