Manual overhead transport
NIKO manual overhead tracks are modular running-track systems for moving loads weighing up to 2000 kg. They provide reliable and flexible overhead transport in paint lines, powder coating and technological transport.

Key features:
The NIKO manual running track is an overhead transport system based on closed rail profiles and maintenance-free running trolleys. The robust construction of the components and high production standards ensure many years of durability and minimal maintenance requirements.
5 rail profiles and over 1000 components allow the system to be precisely matched to the application requirements — without oversizing and without compromising reliability.
The modular design enables quick installation as well as subsequent extension and relocation of the installation.
Existing manual overhead tracks can be upgraded to a powered version with minimal effort.
Components available in blue or yellow (passivated), and selected elements also in stainless steel.
Motor-driven lowering stations reduce the risk of product damage and operator injury.
Closed, self-cleaning rail profiles and maintenance-free ball bearings ensure a long service life and minimal maintenance.
NIKO technical advice and support in component selection guarantee the optimum solution for every application.
Types & variants

Running tracks for overhead tracks
NIKO running tracks form the load-bearing profile of manual overhead tracks and carry the load of the transported trolleys. The profiles are manufactured from S235JR steel from hot-rolled strip in accordance with WZ EN 10204-2.2, with a raw or electro-galvanised steel surface.
The transport weights stated may vary depending on the installation configuration.
