Heavy-duty sliding gate hardware
NIKO heavy-duty sliding gate hardware is a complete system of steel running tracks, rollers, sleeves and mountings carrying leaves weighing from 30 kg to 3000 kg. The components are made of S235JR steel, available in raw, electro-galvanised and stainless (304/A2, 316/A4) versions.
For over 45 years, NIKO has been manufacturing hardware for sliding gates, folding gates and industrial doors. The system comprises running track profiles in six type series (Type 21.000–27.000), running rollers with a load capacity of up to 1000 kg per roller, and a complete set of mounting components made of S235JR steel compliant with EN 10025-2.

Types & variants
Running track profiles
NIKO running track profiles are load-bearing guides for sliding gates and doors, hot-rolled in accordance with standard EN 10204-2.2. They are made of S235JR grade steel in accordance with EN 10025-2:2005-04, in a raw or electro-galvanised version. Six type series (Type 21.000–27.000) carry leaves weighing from 30 kg to 3000 kg.
